This 1978 North Shore beach house was completely remodeled in a modern style that represents our clients tastes. The existing home was designed by architect George Hogan but was getting pretty tired over the years. Every surface was touched and updated. All changes happened within existing roofline and footprint. "Cottage Modern"... simple cottage materials executed with modern styling.
